Once you have started an application you must finish it completely before
submitting.
You will need the following information to complete the application:
- Personal Demographic Information
- Employment Information
- Previous Employer Information
- Family Information
- Volunteer Interest
- Specialized Training or Certifications
- Education
- Experience history
- Auto Insurance Policy Information for CASA applicants
- Criminal History
- Three Personal References (including address, phone, email) - references should be non-relative individuals whom the applicant has known at least one year
- Inactivity after an hour will log users off the system and all information not submitted will be lost
When filling out the application please do not allow your browser to "auto-fill" the application (name, address, etc). It is not a compatible function with the volunteer application.
